    I am trying to log a ticket on your website but our site seems to have an issue. When I try and open your website my antivirus shows this warning “This website could be a fake e-store” with my antivirus off a server error appears on your website saying: The authenticity off the received data could not be verified.

    I am still seeing the same issue this morning. I get a warning stating it’s a dangerous website and it’s being blocked.

    Hi,

    I think you have to unblock it from your antivirus. Your antivirus stores the link as suspicious. That’s why you are encountering this issue. You may try using a different machine to check the site status.

    Hi,

    It could be a network issue (like your Wi-Fi or local network settings) might be causing the problem. So, in the meantime, please try:

    • Switching to a different Wi-Fi network.
    • Using mobile data (if on a phone) or tethering from a different device.

    Good Morning,

    I thought the same, but all other websites are working. It’s just yours showing this error and I have tested with multiple machines and networks.

    Each time I open your website I either see the error message or an antivirus message saying your website is infected.

    Apologizing for the issue with the site. Unfortunately, we don’t have any feedback from other users of our site.

    We are using Cloudflare. We have tested from our side and couldn’t find any issues. Moreover, users are opening tickets smoothly.

    Can you please share the error code (displayed in the browser)? For example- ERR_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH. So that I can forward it to our development team again.

    Or, a full-page screenshot of your browser window (when visiting the site address).
