I’m very sorry FV Player does not suit you. The free version is free. It has its feature set, including headache free management of YouTube videos (using iFrames). For those who later upgrade to pro, that turns into management via API (you don’t have to reenter your videos). If FV Flowplayer does not suit you, please do use one of the alternative plugins.
We’ve invested thousands of hours in the free version which you are welcome to use free. We’ve invested thousands more hours in the paid version.
I spoke to a friend about your situation. This is what she said:
Giving 1 star ratings to plugins for missing features is not appropriate. By that logic I would give every plugin 1 star because it doesn’t wash my dishes.
We had hoped for gratitude for what we’ve coded for free, rather than a kick in the teeth for our work.
