YouTube Links

I’m having a problem using Youtube links. I copy directly from YouTube site and place the link into the Add Video URL. field.. What am I doing wrong..??

My experience with WP is 3 weeks.. so I’m experimenting here before I “launch” it.. Trying to get me head around this stuff before I get it out there.
