YouTube Optimized Setting: Missing Thumbnail

    Hello when I choose the YouTube optimized setting, there’s always a missing thumbnail. But when I leave it on default or any other setting, it shows. So what gives??

    P.S. And actually the default setting looks just like the YouTube optimize setting only it shows a thumbnail, so I’m wondering what’s the difference anyway.
