Youtube shortcode from wordpress.com Not Readable in .org

I just recently moved from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. WordPress.com forces youtube videos into this shortcode [youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2IDP2lp0gsY], which I have no controll over. I need to know how to install a plugin that will read this shortcode or how can I get ww.wp.xz.cn to read this shortcode from wordpress.com WITHOUT individually going in and fixing each post (currently have over 4500). Can anyone please help me.

This happened because I exported from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn.
