I just checked both posts, and the Youtube videos seem to be displayed properly. Have you managed to solve the issue by yourself?
If you still experience issues on other posts, could you give me a few examples of the shortcodes you used, so I can try to reproduce on my end?
Thanks!
I have the same issue, it works in regular Chrome but does not work in Chrome incognito.
The error in the console when using Chrome Incognito:
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://www.youtube.com/embed/ydd9AkvGTug?version=3&rel=1&fs=1&showsearch=0&showinfo=1&iv_load_policy=1&wmode=transparent from frame with URL http://karmajello.com/entertainment/music/definitive-daft-punk-mix-cameron-adams.html. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
This might help:

The latest Jetpack update must have changed the Youtube embed.
This was also from Chrome’s error console:
devicepx-jetpack.js:6
Tested it in IE and Firefox’s cleared cache modes, works in Firefox, crashes IE. I think it only works if the user has visited your site before. If there is no prev cache, the browser treats the diff urls as a security threat.
@webkjgor Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

It’s not just my site, it’s all sites using the latest version of jetpack. The following website is from WordPress Showcase of example sites and it has the same prob:

Open the two links above in Chrome’s Incognito (no cache) mode and the videos won’t play.
Update:
Vimeo Embeds are not working either:
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL http://karmajello.com/lifestyle/travel/finding-oregon-dynamic-motion-timelapse-landscape-skies.html from frame with URL http://player.vimeo.com/video/32852978. Domains, protocols and ports must match.
Thanks for clarifying, WebKJGor. I noticed it seemed like it depended on the browser you are using, but hadn’t noticed it also had something to with with the mode.
I just checked all 3 links in Chrome Incognito mode, and I can play the videos without any issues. I also checked in other browsers and I couldn’t reproduce the problem. Could you check that you’re using the latest version of Chrome?
Could you also try to update your Flash player, just to be sure the problem is not caused by your version of Flash?
