Youtube shortcode not working

I am using the latest version.

This is the page where I have tried to use this plugin shortcode, using its shortcode generator in the wp page editor.

Here is the shortcode:
[youtube id=”I7YllAOqpF4″ align=”center” mode=”normal” autoplay=”yes” maxwidth=”500″ autoplay=”true” parameters=”start=30″]

I have gone through the documentation to understand everything, but its not working. In changelog you meantion START PARAMETER has been included but its not working.

I also tried disabling the theme and all the other plugins, there is no JS ERROR in FIREBUG CONSOLE.

Its not opening in a colorbox, also its not supporting the parameter START=30 which should start video from 30 seconds … what am I doing wrong ?
