zeeFlow menu structure

I am new to WordPress so my issue can very well be pilot error. Under Appearance > Menus I get to decide what order the different labels should appear in. I am able to set the order then, when hitting “Save Menu” it saves the new order. However when I go to my URL and refresh I keep getting it in alphabetical order only (the default order). I have tried logging out the logging back in on a new session and although everything is OK in the Menu page I am still stuck with alphabetical order in the actual menu bar. Has anyone else experinced something like this?
