Will this plugin work on an Ubuntu 14.04 with Zend Opcache? I apologize for not really knowing the difference between the Nginx cache and Zend Opcache. I am running Nginx 1.6.3

Yes, both cache entirely different pieces.

This plugin only helps you flush the Nginx cache, tho.
