Hi there,

I was hoping to use your plugin to display a gallery from my Zenfolio account but when I enter my username and password, the page hangs and doesn’t ever refresh or show any sort of error. I know Zenfolio recently forced users that sell photos through their account to use 2FA. Might this be the problem? Just trying to figure out if I should continue to troubleshoot or if Zenfolio with 2FA enabled will prevent your plugin from connecting to a Zenfolio gallery.

Zenfolio has not updated its APIs for well over a decade now, and at this point only works for older Zenfolio sites. Changes to authentication have not been reflected in their API, as a result.

There still may be a way to fetch your galleries and collections, but it just might not be possible via the Wizard.

If you are able to point me to the actual link for a particular gallery, I can probably give you a workaround to show this on Photonic.

Same issue – blank page. I have tried multiple browsers. If this is a protected gallery, link anonymizers may have issues with it.

OK – the good news is that I was able to get to your site. But the bad news is that there isn’t enough information in the page’s source code for me to figure out how to pull the gallery using Photonic. There are unfortunately no markers in the source code that tell me what the gallery id is, and that is essential for Photonic to function.
