• I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I can’t seem to find where to allow the plugin to connect with my Zenodo API application. The plugin didn’t prompt me to provide the client ID/secret etc when I installed and activated it.

Can you point me in the right direction, please? I’m just trying to get the list of publications via my ORCID via the shortcode.

    Hi,
You need to go to the plugin’s settings. As with other plugins, you will find this on the left side of the administration page (wp-admin).
Once you are in the Zenodo plugin setting page, you can enter your ORCID. No need for a client ID/secret, we use the public API of Zenodo.

I tried my own ORCID, and from a random search – didn’t work. Only the sample ORCID did.

When I use my own ORCID in the REST API url as provided in the Settings page (https://zenodo.org/api/records/?q=creators.orcid:”0000-0002-5350-067X”), it returned zero results, which I assume has to do with the Zenodo API itself not able to access the data.

However I’m certain that my Zenodo account is linked with my ORCID.
