@vecaharris – Unfortunately those screen shots tell us very little about your site or anything that might be affecting the upload process.
What troubleshooting have you already tried?

Also, a link to your site may prove useful as the page source may also offer some clues.

Thank you @vecaharris! It appears that you have default permalinks turned on. Try going to Settings > permalinks and reset your permalinks to ‘post name’ and try uploading again. Let me know if that works out better for you. 🙂
