    Hello, I am excited to start using Zettle when I sell at events. In order to ease the burden of being a cashier, it would be helpful if the images from my products loaded.

    I consider myself a power user, so if the Zettle woocommerce plugin is open source, please point me to the repo and I will try to fix the issue myself.

    My products are synced from wordpress to zettle, the only thing I can tell is missing are the images,

    most of my images are png and are 2000px square.

    The logs reveal that the zettle api is throwing an error on invalid url – looks like its escaping the slashes.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    This could be a complex issue, but I recently came across a similar log output where the problem turned out to be a simple plugin conflict. To rule this out, I recommend disabling all plugins (except Zettle and WooCommerce), then syncing the entire product library again. After that, please check if the library sync correctly. If not, please provide us with a new log file after performing this test.

    On the other hand many points out to ENTITY_NOT_FOUND. When a product is created in Zettle, it generates a UUID that links WooCommerce and Zettle together. If this UUID is not properly created, Zettle won’t recognize the WooCommerce product, which may prevent image syncing. This issue can sometimes happen during onboarding, and unfortunately, it’s not something that can be directly fixed through the plugin. A possible solution is to recreate the product in WooCommerce and check if the sync works correctly.
