Zip Code Destination-based Tax

I’m trying to find out if it;s possible to get Jigoshop to adjust taxes on a more granaular (postal code) level. In the U.S., most states require the taxes to be set based on the purchasers location, which is very very often different by county and city.

However I don’t see anything in the documentation of that plugin that would confirm that. Has anyone else had this problem?

I really don’t want to have to use Woo.
