I can confirm this is an issue. My form is on an intranet, so I can’t share a link… but this is what happens:
* Using the predefined ‘Address’ field block I enter a complete address including zip / postal code.
* On submission an email is sent that contains all the data by using using the {all_fields} shortcode.
* All other fields seem to be correct, but the address comes through as:
Address Line1
Address Line2
City
State
Address Line1
Country
* (I can confirm that the postcode is stored correctly in the Everest Forms database, it is just on the email that the issue occurs.)

Thank you for the confirmation. I have tested the plugin again right now and it appears to be that the Zip code does not appear in the PDF and the email.
However, the zip code does appear in the entry and the entry PDF.
This issue has occurred after the last release. We are working on this issue and we will try to fix this asap. We will notify you by pushing an update of the plugin.
