ZIP-Code Search for locations?

Just 2 Questions
Is it possible to USE EM search funktion only One Field “ZIP CODE”
which possibilty are there to filter the result like near than 10km, 20km..50km…?

second how can I style the searchresults list like the example page:

PLEASE TYPE ZIPCode 71634 (for example) to see the the Seachrusult List.
