Zip Order processed in cancel section

We have a Zip order which has gone to cancelled , after the client had called we checked on the merchant portal it was accepted.

The only thing we can check was the Zip order was under a different name to the woocommerce order which may be the reason it went to cancelled.

Please fix this bug.
