Ziplist recipes swapping between posts

We’ve had a number of instances where two ZipList recipes will swap between two posts. For instance the Chicken Kiev Ziplist recipe will show up on the Chocolate Cake post. And the Chocolate Cake post will display the Chicken Kiev Ziplist recipe. We’ve tried to narrow down any other correlations (I.e. posted on the same day, etc), but haven’t come up with any. We have currently fixed any instances of this, but it’s happening on posts that we have not edited since. I could see where something could cause a mixup on newly edited posts, but that is not the case. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If there’s any other troubleshooting I can do to narrow down the potential causes, please let me know.
