Strange enough. To make sure things were going okay, I tested in a clean install if the emails at least are being sent. If it is and you did my step, then I don’t think I know how to help further :/

I got the same issue just now and I fixed by setting up the name and ID of the CF7 email feild to default “your-email”. No idea why

How did you solved this? I want to have the same thing here:

I want to be able to distinguish the parent from teh child category, almost like the one WP uses
