Hi Blair
Thanks for your response. Actually since this original post I have been working with Paul from your support team to help me solve the problem… which he did! Actually it is the same issue for both the Social Bar on PLP and Social Maven. Paul gave me the code to correct it on PLP and I think he will be reaching out to you regarding Social Maven since it is the same principle. Once it has been solved I’d be happy to post the corrective code here should anyone else need it.
Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue. Whenever I input a goal ID and save the page, the field just goes blank again. Looking at the source code of the page doesn’t show the goal ID anywhere…
