In reply to: [Open User Map] List and shortcodesHi @oaz,
The list shortcode does not have a regions attribute. It is just a simple list without region filtering options.
I guess the only option to solve this is to use the ids attribute to exactly define the Locations you want to show. The “ids” are the WordPress Post IDs of the locations.
[open-user-map-list ids="1|2|3"]Best regards,

In reply to: [Open User Map] Map pins on iOSHi Roger,
I’ve just answered your email request on this. ๐
The issue is very likely related to a pagespeed-optimization or caching plugin you have in use. Try to disable the plugin to see if the issue persists. Most of these plugins do have options to exclude caching mechanism from specific urls.Best regards,

In reply to: [Open User Map] Map is sometimes bugging in ElementorHi @costadelskai,
This happens because the map is hidden behind a “Open Map” button click. To solve this you need to reinitiate the map when it actually should show up (after clicking the button). Please read this support article for the exact solution to this case.
You need to execute this javascript after a button click:
oumMap.invalidateSize();Best regards,

In reply to: [Open User Map] Liste der Locations bei Open User MapHi @mengana,
You don’t need the PRO version to get the post id of a location. Just do this:
Edit the location in the WordPress dashboard and look at the URL in your browser. The number afterpost=is the post ID.Best regards,

In reply to: [Open User Map] Routes and NavigationHi @ivitae,
I’m sorry to say, that routes displaying on the map are not possible. However – locations that have a subtitle can be linked to Google Routes (option in the settings) where the user then can initiate routing.

In reply to: [Open User Map] Changing the icon of specific markersHi @ivitae,
That’s not possible. You can only use Marker Categories to have different icons. However – it should be possible to override the icon of a specific Location with javascript, but this is out of scope of Open User Map.

In reply to: [Open User Map] Not all translations are showingHi @webberende,
I can see that just 361 of 1801 locations are loaded on the Dutch map. But it’s not the map functionality that limits the number of locations. In this case the database serves just these 361 locations. So please double check that you have 1801 locations that are “Dutch” and “public”.
You may also want to disable caching plugins temporarily to see if the issue persists. If all of that not helps, please contact me through the website PRO support, so we can look at this in more detail.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Open User Map] different map for different pagesIf you want to use Marker Categories you would need to use the Pro version. There is a free trial available.

In reply to: [Open User Map] different map for different pagesYes, that’s possible. Just set an individual Marker Category in the Settings of each Block (Gutenberg or Elementor) or if you are using Shortcodes add the attribute types like so:
[open-user-map types="food"]
or
[open-user-map types="drinks"]You can learn more about OUM’s shortcode attributes under Open User Map > Settings > Help & Getting Started.
