thanks for answering, I am happy to tell you that my problem is resolved.
It was a problem in the *css file I modified, I wrote ‘css’ before the begining of the document and safari did not support it !

Anybody has any idea to fix it please ?
I still can’t scroll up and down on safari nor Firefox.I use paradax effect / smooth scroll on the theme, I deactivated them in the menu and it did not fix it either.
