OK, then it is impossible to automate that action, you would have to manually close the time slot

I think we haven’t explained ourselves well:- The capacity of each time slot is 15 visitors
- If a visitor reserves 10 places at once, that slot is closed even if there are 5 free spaces
Is that possible?
