Where did you find it? I’m showing a syntax error on my form, but I have no idea why!

I’m having the same issue.

After my form (http://www.handsondogtraining.com/registration/) is completed, I get a success box saying the form has been submitted, but I don’t receive any emails including the autoresponder Mail2 email.

Please advise ASAP!
