Plugin was outdated and stopped working, updated to the latest 4.1.3 version, tried both converting old short code and creating new short code, neither was working.

Thank you Jeff for your prompt reply. Multi-select dropdown works for me. It didn’t strike me that it is a multi-select dropdown list to begin with.
