ExtendedThemes (creators of Mesmerize theme I use) confirmed that the problem is caused by the theme and sent me a plugin to fix the issue. If anyone has the same problem just use the contact form on their website.

I just wrote an E-Mail to the theme developer. I’ll drop an answer here as soon as I get a response. Meanwhile I made a workaround with Contac 7, so I’ll probably use it instead.
