    Thank you so much for having a look.

    I’m very confused why it is behaving this way.

    When you say ‘as a customer’-what do you mean by this? I can sometimes get it to calculate shipping but most of the time I cannot and am very confused why. It seems very buggy to me, sometimes it calculates properly, sometimes it just sits there as if it is waiting to receive more shipping information before it can begin calculations even though all fields are filled in.

    Is there anything I can do to get to the bottom of this? The store is supposed to launch this weekend and I am concerned that these issues are going to prevent it from opening on time and I am not sure what else I can do to get it to function properly.

    Hi Paul

    Thank you so much for this! That fixed half of the issue- but now there is a new problem

    within the checkout pages I am asked to enter my shipping address but even if I have all of the information filled out I still receive the following message at the bottom of the page

    Enter your full address to see shipping costs.

    What can I do to fix this so that I can successfully place a test order?

    I should also note one thing

    Previously even if I entered all of the correct information during checkout the PLACE ORDER button was greyed out so I added the following CSS to fix that-

    .woocommerce-checkout .blockUI.blockOverlay {
    z-index: -1 !important;
    }

    Also the store is now located at http://www.motherculture.love/shop if that’s relevant
