Just wanted to let you know that I used the filter on 2.0.2 and it works great. I had a payment page using HTTPS and I excluded it from CDN using that filter. Thanks

I also noticed that the checkbox is always unchecked. I used to have it checked by default and it is much more useful that way. Is that an option? I can’t find a solution to this anywhere since the update.
Hi Marcus, will paypal payments advanced be implemented? If so, do you have any estimate on availibility?
I want to accept registration from my site but I am trying to avoid the higher fees of authorize.net. Paypal payments advanced does everything I need and its only $5 dollars a month.
