Hi guys, I have eventually figured out what the problem was.
Because of the different user roles dedicated profile forms need to be created. Mistake I made was to created the first profile form (which was quite complex) and the duplicate and edit for the remaining user roles – I eventually created new profile forms to replace “duplicated” forms – issue resolvedIssue is now resolved
Thank you so much – issue resolved in one click!
Further to this when logged in as admin I can see all members but NONE of the profiles are visible.
I have deactivated all plugins besides UM, this makes no difference, I have changed the theme, also no differenceHi Champ,
I have UM ver 2.3.0 installed
I have 3 user roles
Each role can register, login and complete their profiles
Problem is that the members can only see profiles of members with the same user role.Hi Champ
I have deactivated all plugins except UM – and I get exactly the same as before
Here is the new link to the gallery of images I have uploaded for you to see what I see https://imgur.com/gallery/HiBmXHZ
Hi Champ
I have created a new members directory and called it all members.
I have created a new page with the new shortcode and added it to the menu.
I have left the original member directory and page on the menu too.The new members directory now shows nothing … I have added screenshots to https://imgur.com/a/HiBmXHZ
I can also provide you with the admin username and password
I do appreciate your help thank youHi Champ,
No I haven’t done any customization. Is there a way to check or reset to default?
thank you for your advise – much appreciatedI have added a screenshot of the members page as it currently displays when a member of the single ladies user roles clicks on members page. Ony shows members of the same user role.
The members page should display ALL member profiles regardless of user rolesI thought you might like this post from Imgur: https://imgur.com/a/HiBmXHZ

I posted this on another topic – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/members-cant-view-profiles/#post-15313888I cant delete it –
But please advise on this issue?Thank you
Hi Champ
Thank you for your help thus far.. I have 3 additional user roles:
Couple (um_couple)
Single Male (um_single-male)
Single Female (um_single-female)I also have 3 different registration forms for each role that all work.
I have 3 different profile forms for each role and all registered users are able to login and edit their profiles/
The issue I am having is that when a logged in user clicks on members, they can ONLY see members of the SAME user role.
I have updated the users page with the relevant shortcodes of the 3 different profile forms .. but the issue persists
Please advise?thank you so much
Hi Champ – Yes that caused the issue I was having. I assigned multiple roles to the profile form which caused the the members profile to show multiple times – this issue is now resolved – thank you so much appreciated!
