I ended up using some good ol bootstrap concoction to do that. Cant believe you guys take 5 months to answer a simple question but oh well your answer says it all.

NB: I built and tested the site on a Windows 7 64-bit machine and the webmaster uses a macbook. Previous migrations were done when I still had my old macbook. I am just trying to think of everything I did differently on this migration
