In reply to: [Testimonials Widget] preg_match(): Compilation failedI’d just like to verify this error and the fix. Just tweaked the plugin file on my site to remove the error. Hoping this is addressed in the next update!

In reply to: [Schema] Undefined index: scheme errorHello, yes, there is a logo set there. Is it necessary to include a logo there, or would it pull from the General tab?

In reply to: [Schema] Undefined index: scheme errorThank you for your quick response!
To double-check myself, I deactivated all plugins except the Schema plugin and changed my theme to the default 2019 (and 2017) theme. The error persists:
Notice: Undefined index: scheme in /wordpress/wp-includes/media.php on line 4067 Notice: Undefined index: scheme in /wordpress/wp-includes/media.php on line 4068
If it is not the plugin, do you have any alternative suggestions? Or is there some additional troubleshooting I can do to narrow down the location of the error?
Thank you again in advance for your time and expertise!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Conditionally display banner image per product cateogryHi and thanks for the reply! We have not resolved the issue yet.
We have custom fields and code to allow for different banners on pages. My issue is within WooCommerce itself – I am having trouble assigning a unique image banner to one of my product categories.
The website sells discount vouchers and offers a larger discounted voucher to visitors registered as members. My client would like that section to have a different image banner at the top. The member deals are set aside in a single category called “the wiynners circle deals”.
When I try some conditional code to assign a unique banner image to this category, it’s changing all the banners in the store section. I also noticed it didn’t carry the banner down into the Single Product view. FWIW these products (deals) are only assigned to this category.
I was originally attempting to leverage the WooCommerce conditional query tag is_product_category() – i.e. is_product_category(‘the-wiynners-circle-deals’).
Let me know if I can provide any other information!
No, I get the same result.

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Testimonials no longer showing up after 2.38 updateI’d like to echo this issue. My views show up for a split section, then collapse with no height.
Thanks in advance!

In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] Read More expand doesn’t workHi @mplusb and @christianmt,
I am running version 2.37 of the plugin and am still experiencing the issue. I’m not seeing any javascript errors. I have a view set up to display a slideshow on the home page with an automatic excerpt set to the default length with the option to “expand content in place”. My template is “unstyled”.
Thank you!

In reply to: Pingbacks causing 503 errorI reviewed that article and it’s not applicable to this situation as the 503 error only displays on some posts, not the whole site.

In reply to: [Basic Google Maps Placemarks] All markers are not shown on mapYes, I’ve run through what I know to do when troubleshooting plugins. None of the other installed plugins seem to be affecting this one in any way as the number of placemarkers remains the same even when all others are inactive.

In reply to: [Realtor Express] [Plugin: Realtor Express] Plugin Affecting Image UploadWhat kind of details do you need? We’re on WP version 3.4.1
I’ve upgraded to the latest release and am still experiencing the same issues, which leads me to believe either another plugin is interfering or our edited WordPress template is interfering.
The website in question is still currently under development:
