In reply to: [WooCommerce] Action Scheduler – Past-Due ActionsHello, our hosting provider and internal team have resolved this issue. It seems that it was the hosting provider that was blocking actions. Thank you all for your assistance!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Action Scheduler – Past-Due Actions@shahzeenfarooq thank you for the response and a short update from us: we have manually run some actions for wc_stripe_database_cache_prefetch_async and received the following success notification after: “Successfully executed action:
wc_stripe_database_cache_prefetch_async.”Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Action Scheduler – Past-Due ActionsHi @shahzeenfarooq, yes there are definitely pending tasks as well as past-due (both in the hundreds)! Almost every action states what we wrote in our first comment:
To add more context, in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions – for both “Pending” and “Past-due,” the only thing I see repeating is the following:
– Hook: wc_stripe_database_cache_prefetch_async
– Status: Pending
– Arguments: 0 => ‘payment_method_configuration’
– Group: woocommerce-gateway-stripe
– Recurrence: Non-repeating
– Scheduled date: AsyncWill running any action manually break anything regarding our storefront or will it function as normal? I have already reached out to our hosting provider and am waiting for their response.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Action Scheduler – Past-Due ActionsHello @shahzeenfarooq, here is our Status Report: https://pastebin.com/wyG7aR1M
Please note I have redacted the company’s name from four places, otherwise everything else is an exact copy-paste. I will let you know once I hear back from our hosting provider. Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Action Scheduler – Past-Due ActionsHi @frankremmy, thank you very much for your detailed reply.
Both Stripe and WooCommerce were/are running the latest versions, and we have now enabled Stripe logging via WooCommerce using your steps. We’ve cleared our website cache as of last week but the issue still persists.
Could you explain how we’d run “wc_stripe_database_cache_prefetch_async” actions manually? WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions only shows us a bulk delete option, and also shows us notices that state “The next queue will begin processing in approximately XX seconds.” frequently. Does this mean we don’t need to run anything manually?
We do have a HIPAA-compliant server our site is hosted on and will reach out to our hosting provider’s support team. Since we are now in the holiday period, we will update this thread likely in the new year once we receive a response.
Thank you again for your help! It’s very appreciated.
