I solved the problem with Plugin Organizer: on the checkout page the plugins need as well to be activated there in order to work correctly:
https://example.com/?wc-ajax=* and https://example.com/?wc-ajax=update_order_review
I will go on investigating for the payment gateways.

I found another problem with your plugin on the checkout page: when I use store credits, then the credit card payment gateways disappear (I am using the Postfinance Checkout Plugin).

Thank you for your answer. I followed the steps of your debugging page and apparently the plugin causing this issue is “Plugin Organizer”.
I tried to disable himself on the checkout page and reorder the execution of the plugins, but it still doesn’t display the credits.
Do you have any experience with this specific plugin?
