It seems like my problem is something more fundamental than the plugin. Because I could not make changes to the contact page at all, so I tried to create a new page and I was not allowed to do that either. I get “updating failed”, and can also not generate a preview. Thanks again for your help with this!
Thank you. I cleared cookies and deleted the Captcha plugin through FTP and got back into my dashboard. But I keep experiencing “updating failed” when i try to update my page with the comment form. I disabled old comment plugin (but failed in Deleting it) and installed Comment Form 7. I went to page and replaced the old short code with the one from Comment form 7– [contact-form-7 id=”808″ title=”Contact form 1″] but it will not update any changes at all.
I am using PageLines theme , not sure if that is relevant.
Any ideas?
