For anyone else that finds this thread and is experiencing the same issue, an alternative plugin we are using now is: Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce
Works amazing and has the ability to purge the cache of the plugin itself. Experiencing no issues.
We are unable to exclude URLs through the Redis Object Cache plugin that is currently in use and unable to change cache plugins for a variety of other reasons.
Before we migrate our feeds to another plugin, is there another workaround or solution that can be offered without messing with Redis Object Cache?
WP-cron is enabled, so it must be with caching. Going to test out excluding the URLs and see if that works.
I was able to recreate the original feed with the same settings and the XML is now working, here is the new link: https://www.earthley.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/szkaeKJpWNUNuABeK4Yjp8kW5TcoMsxO.xml
My filters are working if I recreate a feed so what appears to be the issue is the overarching original issue that the feeds are not actually updating, even when pressing the button to manually update them.

I have a filter included in the screenshot without the USD. So even if the USD filters aren’t working it should still be caught by the filters without USD. I will try this and see if it works.
The issue with redirecting to the homepage is the same issue I’m getting and only started happening after I had the above issue turning the feeds on and had to use the shortcut.

Now that the feeds are back on, and they are showing as XML in the plugin, but every site (Facebook, Pinterest, Google Merchant Center) is showing errors that the links are HTML and not XML.
When I use to click on the XML link from the plugin, it showed me the XML feed, but now it is only directing me to the homepage.
Please help solve all these issues with your plugin!
