this plug in is great and FAQ tab is also have a good description and very great for troubleshooting.
I am agree with @designerrr, it is easy to setup, but if you do not read the FAQ, then you will be in a wrong direction. Highet than 90 percent of questions and problems are in the FAQ section of the plugin and other 10 percent is covered by great and plugin writer and contributor.
Thanks @isaumya and @salvatorefresta.I think, you are right @salvatorefresta torefresta this was not due to this plugin directly, but as I am seeing js and css are nor served from cloudflare, maybe this causes this problem.
BTW, I was wondering if cloudflare cache css and js in “cache everything” setting of your plugin?

would you plz review following idea?
step 1) 301 redirect the fallback cache to new folder (even in new server)
step 2) sync fallback cache folder with new folder or path in new server.
