Thanks for the prompt response. Yes we found the issue, the culprit is theme. When we are activating twenty twenty two theme it’s working fine. So how to fix theme conflict should we contact theme developer ?

Or any other way to fix this?

I tried this way too https://prnt.sc/CJMZ4tEaqLeL but it didn’t worked for me. I’m still facing the issue.
