I went to my DNS and used EasyWP from there to get an FTP login. Renaming the Wordfence folder didn’t work so I browsed around and deleted everything to do with Wordfence. I was then able to reinstall it.
We’ll see how long it is before something else goes wrong, with me not even touching my site in the meantime.
