I also tried deactivating all my other plugins to ensure that there is no conflict with them.
I indicated that I am on version 4.0.12. That is actually for Smart Donations. My Smart Forms version is the most current, 2.6.20. Also, I am on WordPress version 5.2.3, the most current.
I have also completely uninstalled and reinstalled Smart Forms. Still does not work.
I also have cleared my cache per your suggestion in another ticket. The problem persists. I have coded no custom JavaScript or css in the form. I also tried in multiple web browsers – Firefox, edge and chrome. I’m out of ideas.
You can ignore this question. I just came across a solution in this ticket. Thanks.
Sorry for not being clear. I am actually referring to the page displayed called “Forms” that lists all forms created. It has two columns, “Form Name” and “Shortcode.” I am simply interested in this page sorting by the first column, “Form Name.”

I also tried the following:
1. I deactivated all my plugins except Smart Forms and Smart donations. Problem persisted.
2. I tried duplicating the problem in my sandbox with a free version of Smart Forms; but I got an error message that a paid version is needed to edit or delete records.I also wanted to say that I have tried it in both Firefox and Chrome (no add-ons). So I have verified that the issue is not with my browser.
No message. When I click on the pencil, nothing happens. More information…
1. I am able to delete records just fine.
2. I created a very simple little test form with no javascript, conditions, PayPal, etc. When I have a repeater in the form, I cannot edit records. When I remove the repeater and leave everything else the same, I am able to edit the record. The problem occurs **only** when I have a repeater in the form.
3. The data that I enter in repeater fields appears in the records on the Entries screen correctly.
4. It also exports to Excel OK.
5. When I hover over the pencil icon, I see the icon respond to my hover, but nothing happens when I actually click on it.
6. Repeater fields in my online forms work correctly.In short, everything seems to work as expected, except I can’t edit the record.
You can cancel this request. I am rebuilding the form. I’ll submit a new request if I run into the same problem.
Also, I am able to delete entries, just not edit them. Nothing happens when I click on the little pencil.

I am having the same problem. Here is what my testing has found. I have set up and tested a PayPal donations form using SmartForms Pro for recurring donations. Configuration of the form went without incident. The form has an “Email” field on it. However:
1. When I test using the “Send Test Email” button without the “Email” form field in the “To Email Address(es)” field, the test email is generated successfully. I was successful with both gmail and non-gmail email addressed in the “To Email Address(es)” field.
2. When I test using the “Sent Test Email” button **with** the “Email” form field in the “To Email Address(es)” field, the test email is **not** generated.
3. When a donation form is actually submitted online (from my web site), no emails are generated whether or not I include the “Email” form field in the “To Email Address(es) field.
4. I have verified that my WordPress mail server is working correctly using both Email Doctor and an Email Checker plugin.
5. Even though no emails are generated when I submit a donation form on my site, PayPal donations **are** successfully made, but the form submissions **do not** appear on the Entries (Analytics) page.
6. After submission, users are correctly redirected to my thank-you page.
7. I have also defined an alert notification, but this notification is never displayed.Please note that I have also submitted this issue through UserVoice. I was not sure of the best way to submit it.
