Thanks but I tried that and it didnt work. However, I did find the answer. The “post” wasnt showing the “excerpt” field. I enabled this in the “Screen Options” and then the plugin uses this text rather than the main article.

Hi,

We are seeing something similar. Your widget builder works fine when SiteOrigin Page Builder has been disabled.

Enabling SiteOrigin Page Builder makes the custom widgets disappear.
