My site is local only at the moment while it is being built. I am using the plain Twenty Nineteen theme with no modifications to the css or php and am providing a link to a sample site identical to mine. Please see below.

My goal is to have the category pages have the same amount of white space at the top as the post pages. I’m not sure if this should be done via css or if the php needs to be modified.
