I have the same problem. Version 0.22.0 of this plugin is installed.

If I go to Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data and uncheck Skip previously imported customers and orders, I can´t start a re-import of all data. after I press “Start”, nothing passes. The line above says “Status: Nothing To Import”.

If I check in WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions > Pending, I can see next:
