I just resolved with the help of Google Gemini 3.0.

This slug is the shipping method names. Need to be renamed into the WooCommerce > Shipping and rename the shipping names into zones to whatever is required. If can help someone else..

@marekop It’s been 4 months i email them and get help on less than 24 hours. I don’t know what you expect but givven them 1 star you pretty rude. Their 2 support peoples also, not only one. Their is Robert and Maarten.
