I have followed the advices on the link you have given.
But it still doesn’t work.
If I change homepage to the page I have created. I keep the same homepage and the “new” page is added under.
If I change homepage to the page I have created and change post to the empty page I have created, it change to a blog page, and my homepage deseaper.I think there are big trubles since yesterday on wordpress or on my theme, because when I change something on the homepage, the site add some +, instead of the space between the words.

Blog pages show at most => 10 posts
Syndication feeds show the most recent => 10 items
For each post in a feed, include => Full textIs that correct?

Thank you for your quick answer.
I succed in changing the menu. Thank you very well.I still do not konw how to modify the “home” page. I mean the first page when we arrive on the web site.
I have to make the modifications directely on the web site, in the customize section.
But if I change the language to english, all the text is in english even the web site is in French (see https://hypno-ose.ch/)
How can I do?Thank you.
