Hi @ruefla, currently it is not possible to deactivate the backwards animation. This is something we will look to add in a future update of the plugin.

Thanks for letting us know about this. We’re not aware of any specific issues relating to 5.6 or only on mobile in Safari. We plan to run some updates to the plugin soon, so we can explore if there are any specific issues relating to Safari when we do this.

To clarify your previous question, no the ‘Self-Service Account Creation’ feature remained unticked in the Trusona plugin and the WordPress user account was not created this way, the WordPress account already existed.

I have just tried setting up a fresh WordPress admin user account with a separate email address which I have then added/verified through the Trusona App and used to log in, but have the same issue through this account also.

If you would like to get in touch through the our website (93digital.co.uk) I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot and provide access to our site.

    Thanks for the follow up.

The WordPress User Account already existed in the WordPress Database, but yes I believe Trusona was setup by following the steps in the plugin and scanning the QR code as you describe.

    Hello,
Unfortunately this appears to be an issue relating to how Safari in particular is rendering your fonts. It might be that you could change the HTML/CSS structure of your page to try to fix this, but this isn’t something we would be able to advise on.

Thanks for updating this thread. We will keep this in mind for future updates and testing to the plugin, but for the time being yes the best option would be to make use of a different plugin.

Thanks for the message. Have you tried disabling all other plugins and using just a standard pre-installed theme? This will identify whether or not the back speed not working on the front end of the site is due to a clash with another plugin or theme that you have running.

This sounds like it could be a compatibility issue – we would recommend initially disabling other plugins you are using, including the page builder, and trying to do what you need on a blank WordPress page – this should confirm whether or not the issue relates to compatibility with another plugin.

Thanks for the feedback. Please keep in mind that we release our plugins for free and try to find time to support the community when we can – as I’m sure you can understand we have a team to pay and service our paying clients as a priority, providing free support to the community only when possible. If you would prefer, there are similar paid versions of this plugin where the plugin author will provide a premium level of support, as it seems you are expecting. We have further development time scheduled next week to work on and update our plugins, and if we have time we will review your forum thread. For the good of the community, please help to support and encourage many developers such as ourselves that offer you with our work for free. Leaving negative feedback as a means of blackmailing a developer into responding to your forum thread is not beneficial to anyone in the community.

Hey sartor. Thanks for this. We will take a look at this bug.

For future reference, keep in mind that we release work like this for free because we want to help the community. Instead of just giving a 1 star review, it would be much more constructive to let us know about the issue, let us schedule some development time with our team to take a look, and then we can release a new version. That way we’re all winners – you, us and the wider community.

Thanks again for letting us know about this. We will take a look and get back to you.

Can you try embedding the shortcode on a simple blank page in a standard visual editor (without using any Divi ‘page builder’ functionality) and see if you have the same issue?

Did you have any luck here? It sounds like it is more related to the parent container that the code is in/CSS rather than the plugin itself. Let us know if you had any progress troubleshooting.

    Hi CK,

This is how it loads for me: https://snag.gy/OoV049.jpg

All the words above seem to be there. Let me know if you have any more details on your browser, or can share a screenshot at your end.

    Thanks
