Thank you for your follow-up! Field titles don’t seem to have any issues. User inputs have sporadic issues. The unsupported character (question mark) seems to appear randomly. Most of the characters are displaying correctly.

Also, when I reverted back to a 1.9 version manually (replace plugins directory), the page looks fine again for some time. Then, the plugin crashes the site. Is there some incompatibility between 1.9 and 2.0?
