Thank you @katherineprintful. Yes, those scenarios that you describe would be applicable and understandable if this were an intermittent problem. However this problem has been affecting our business now on every order fulfilled through Printful since mid-February. That’s across 14 stores, over 2500 orders. We have reached out to support@, but their resolution was that it was a Woocommerce issue, which we have confirmed it is not. Something changed with the API return call sometime in February. The order note is not being created, which is affecting the updating of the order status. I would truly appreciate any assistance and/or escalation of this problem you could provide.

Thanks for the reply, and apologies that I haven’t responded sooner. The products are geo-restricted using the “Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce” plugin. General settings are configured to “Force Geolocation”, and the catalog visibility is set to “hide completely”. Each product is then set to “Product Available for selected countries”, with all of the countries of Europe selected.Sales are still being processed for these geo-restricted items, so I know that in terms of customer-facing, it seems to be set up properly.

The Skyverge contact page asks where I purchased the plug-in from (Woocommerce) and tells me to submit help requests through that account. When I go to Support on the Woocommerce page, I eventually wind up back here at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-services/.

You could always create an imeem profile, create a playlist there and then embed the player widget on your site. You won’t have to waste your own bandwidth having to serve the song then. Your playlist can be as long as you wish.Forum: Plugins
