I have the same problem, and I have some customer with subscription using YITH subscription with paypal, it’s working fine, and another with YITH Subscription with Stripe.
If I update the plugins for the pro version, how does it works with my YITH + Paypal current customers? And how does it works with my customers (YITH + Stripe) which I expecting the begin of this subscription, does that begin automatically or I have to cancel the orders and create new one?
