potete trovare a questi link gli screenshot di un ordine ricevuto stamattina. Ho oscurato i dati sensibili relativi all’ordine. Nel secondo screenshot sono riportati i dati relativi al prezzo netto e relative tasse. Non vi sono spese di spedizione perchè si tratta di prodotti digitali.
Come potete vedere dal primo screenshot, vi è sempre il messaggio di errore e persiste l’impossibilità di creare la fattura elettronica.

Ho seguito i vostri consigli, ho attivato la versione PHP 7.4, ho disinstallato a re-installato WooCommerce e il plugin per la connessione con fatture in cloud: il problema persiste. Il messaggio è sempre lo stesso “Creazione Documento non Riuscita: Il totale dei pagamenti non corrisponde al totale da pagare. “.
Il test è stato fatto con un ordine ricevuto oggi, non più di un’ora fa.
Onestamente non so più cosa fare e ho già speso tantissimo tempo per cercare di risolvere questo problema. E’ impensabile che da un giorno all’altro quello che prima funzionava adesso non funziona più.

dal momento ho effettuato l’update alla versione 2.5.2 non riesco a procedere alla creazione delle fatture, messaggio di errore: Creazione Documento non Riuscita: Il totale dei pagamenti non corrisponde al totale da pagare.Ho provato di tutto, ho aggiornato conti di saldo e metodi di pagamento come da voi suggerito, ho provato a disattivare tutti i plug-in, addirittura ho cancellato e re-installato woo-commerce e woocommerc/fattureincloud, ma non è servito a nulla. Ho provato a riprovato a fare ordini, ma non c’è nulla da fare.

In reply to: [WFatture for WooCommerce Fattureincloud] Problema versione 2.51Perfavore riuscite a risolvere questo problema? Come altre persone di cui sopra, anche dopo aggiornamento alla nuova versione 2.5.2, il problema persiste aedi è impossibile generare fatture elettroniche.
