My apologies, the version of the plugin that was installed on the website was Version 1.11.6 – very old! It was not showing as requiring an update as it was originally purchased from Code Canyon. Sorted now, thanks.
Hello. Sorry but your reply was not very helpful – I wouldn’t have submitted a post if it was that obvious.
The only place I have found “CSV Import” is by hovering over “Directory Admin” in the dashboard. There is no Export option in that list, and there is no option to export when clicking into “CSV Import”. There is no option to export from “Directory Settings” or any other option under “Directory Admin”.
I’ve looked everywhere, but can’t see any ability to export.
